Testimonials

Find out what our clients think about PEAK Physiotherapy, below are a few testimonials from our clients.

  • "I have used PEAK Physiotherapy and Sarah for my various sporting injuries over the years and they have always managed to sort the problems, were very good at what they did, gave me lots of exercises to prevent them happening again and were always a pleasure to go and see. Sarah really understands her field, is great value and I'd recommend them to anyone for injury prevention and rehab. "

  • "I'd suffered a lot of pain in my shoulder and neck for around a year prior to speaking to PEAK Physiotherapy. I gained a lot of confidence during the conversation, as it was clear their knowledge of the subject was exceptional. Following only two sessions, my shoulder was 100% improved - Several months later, it is still 100% pain free. As a result of this personal experience, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending PEAK Physiotherapy to anybody. "

  • "I recently used Sarah to help an irritating sporting leg injury. Her treatment and her advice were excellent and I'll use her again if I need to. "

  • "I was referred to Sarah at PEAK Physiotherapy for a course of physiotherapy for a prolapsed disc in my back related to an old sporting injury. The obvious symptoms were sciatic pain and significantly restricted movement. Sarah ran an initial assessment session to establish the full extent of the problem and then set a plan of rehab – which included manipulation techniques, exercise and acupuncture. Her advice and treatment were both excellent – always explaining the logic behind each session or action. Sarah’s approach is friendly, helpful and informative. I would have no issue in recommending her and the team at PEAK Physiotherapy. "

  • "I was provided with not just physiotherapy, but a sense of friendship and understanding about my situation which has today been alleviated. Physiotherapy treatment with PEAK has bettered me mentally and positively. "

  • "I had my first physio appointment with Sarah at PEAK having injured myself in a ballet class. I was expecting not to be able to dance for weeks. However Sarah who is a classically trained dancer herself was able to pinpoint and treat the problem with speed and accuracy. I was back to my dance class in no time at all. Sarah is a true professional. "
    E. McGuire, Guiseley
  • "I found the physiotherapy service invaluable and very good value for money. My daughter, who is a young dancer, realised herself that her back was ‘tight’. A few visits to Sarah certainly did the trick. Sarah seems to have an excellent approach with teenage dancers. The exercises given were at the correct level for her to carry out both safely and correctly and understand why she was doing them. Thank you once again. "

  • "It’s amazing to be able to find a physio who is experienced in dealing with ante natal problems. My pregnancy as a result of finding peak physio, was much less painful and my recovery after giving birth much speedier than I expected. I found I looked forward to the sessions not just because they helped with my pregnancy pain, but also because I found it to be so friendly and supportive throughout my pregnancy. Thank you Peak "

  • "Just wanted to drop you a note to say thanks so much for the work you did on me on Friday - had a really great race today in Halifax (despite it being MEGA muddy) and my hip was largely fine. "
